Colin Ruane is a former Royal Marine Commando and an experienced Police Trainer who specializes in Health and safety. He has been training for over 35 years and has a vast amount of experience gained from teaching everything from Manual Handling to Police Public Order training. A trained medic and first responder, Colin is very experienced in this field and is a First Aid Trainer and assessor.
Rachael Potter is an experienced trainer with a wide variety of teaching skills in a broad range of subjects. From Cultural Awareness training to fitness testing, Rachael is in her comfort zone. She has worked as an operational Police Officer and has been deployed in that capacity as a Public Support Officer (Riot Officer) she is also one of very few female nationally accredited Police Officer Safety Trainers as well as being a Police Conflict Resolution trainer and assessor.
Martin Norton is an experienced mountaineer and climber who specialises in IRATA high ropes access and water safety. A qualified survival instructor with BGSA and an experienced manager and leader. Martin has climbed throughot the UK and has run extreme survival event and projects world wide. Experienced on location with numerous adventure TV programs Martin can plan, RA and safety supervise in any enviroment.
The additional YTC trainers are all professional trainers who work regularly with YTC to ensure the service we provide remains of a high quality.
